These terms are between you and Zapps A/R.

Price

After 14 free days, one company is:

• $50 a month for up to 50 customers with an open invoice
• $99 a month for up to 200
• $149 a month with no limit

A second company is priced the same way, on its own customers. Everyone who collects for that company is included.

During the 14 days, open customers are counted a few times, at random. After you subscribe, they are counted once a day. The charge on the 1st is the price for the highest count in the previous month.

The first charge, when you choose to keep Zapps A/R, covers the rest of the current month. No card is taken to start.

Canceling

While the trial is on, open Admin, then Billing, then Subscribe. After you are subscribed, open Admin, then Billing, then Manage billing to cancel. Manage billing opens Stripe, where the charge is stopped. A month that has already started is not refunded. The notes stay until you ask for the account to be removed.

Your books

QuickBooks stays yours. Zapps reads the open invoices and keeps the call notes. It does not change the company file. You are responsible for who you invite onto the company.

The service

Zapps A/R is a list and a record of the work. It is not legal, tax, or collection advice, and it is not a promise that a customer will pay. We will try to keep the service available. We are not liable for lost profits or for a QuickBooks file we cannot reach.
